Payment
-Payments are done through PayPal only as of now. Prices are displayed in €.
-When commissionning the Artist, the Client must pay either the entirety, or half of the price that has been agreed on before the Artist starts working on the Product. If the second option is chosen, when the Product is finished, the Artist will send a watermarked preview to the Client. Once that is done, the Client must send the other half of the payment. The Artist will then provide the unwatermarked Product.
-If the price exceeds €80, payment plans can be discussed with the Artist.Deadlines and time of delivery
-The Artist will not accept any deadline shorter than three (3) weeks.Refunds and alterations of the unfinished Product
-Refunds are unavailable after the finished, unwatermarked Product has been delivered.
-The Artist can proceed to minor alterations on the piece (eg. changing the eye color, removing/adding some lines) free of charge. Pose rectifications past the SKETCHING phase and major edits are paid, to the discretion of the Artist.
-If the order is cancelled by the Client or the Artist before the Artist has started working on the Product, the Client can ask for a full refund of what has already been paid.
-If the order is cancelled by the Artist while the Product is being worked on, the Client can ask for a full refund of what has already been paid.
-If the order is cancelled by the Client while the Product is being worked on, only a partial refund of what has already been paid can be issued, up to 50% depending on the completion of the Product, to the discretion of the Artist.
-The unfinished Product will NOT be available for the Client to use if the order is cancelled, no matter the completion. The Client can request for said unfinished product to be destroyed, in order to respect their intellectual property.Content of the Product
-The Artist reserves the right to refuse any commission for any reason, disclosed or not.
-The Product, if to be used commercially, must not contain any material that the Client does not have the legal right to use.
-The Product, if not to be gifted to another individual, must only contain free to use content, or content owned by the Client or the Artist.
-The Product, if to be gifted to another individual, can use content belonging to said individual as long as the Client provides proof of explicit permission given by the individual to use them, or that they have explicitly stated somewhere that drawing or representing their content is allowed.
-The Product may not contain offensive material such as, but not limited to: discriminatory terms or imagery and slurs. The Artist reserves the right to blacklist any Client asking for such material to be represented in the requested Product.Terms of Use
-The Client may use the Product as a profile picture or banner on their social media accounts as long as the Artist is credited in any page containing the product.
-The Client may repost the Product on their social media account for non commercial purposes if given explicit permission from the Artist, and as long as they credit them.
-The Client may only use the Product commercially after paying a fee. The exact amount and recurrence of the payment should be discussed on a case by case basis with the Artist depending on how exactly the Product is to be used. If the use of the Product is to change, the amount will be rediscussed with the Artist and the fee can be subject to change.
-> If the Client wishes to stop any commercial use, the Artist must be contacted first. Payments will stop and the Product must be taken down from any website or place it is used commercially by the Client.
-The Client cannot use the Product to harass any individual or group, to promote violence and/or discriminations, to encourage criminal behavior, to engage in illegal behavior, including by having the Product set as their profile picture or banner while committing such acts. The Artist declines all responsibility for any harm the Client may have caused by their use of the products.
-The Artist's personnal work cannot be used without explicit permission, unless stated otherwise. Fan arts can however be used as banners or profile pictures for non commercial purposes only as long as the Artist is credited.Any commission request made to the Artist requires to be accompanied by the following sentence: "I, the Client (Name or Username), have read, acknowledged, and accepted your Terms of Service." in order for the request to be acknowledged and discussed.
Requests to use artwork that are not explicitly free to use must also include this sentence.Failure to comply with these terms will result in the blacklisting of the Client from any services provided by the Artist. A blacklisted individual cannot commission the Artist or buy products from them. Any recurring commercial-use contract will end.
The Artist reserves the right to blacklist any individual, even if not based off a failure to comply with this TOS, may that be for the Artist's own comfort or safety.

Finished Products are sent by email along with a copy of the version of these Terms said Products were created under.
It will include details such as price, payment method, and usability.
